Engineering of control cabinets with frequency control or soft starter in EPLAN
Electrical diagrams and drawing packages are designed according to requirements by our own team of technical draughtsman. To do this we make use of software packages such as EPLAN Pro Panel which often has a direct link to or communication with programs used by our customers. This software also enables us to accelerate the assembly process and guarantee quality. A further added value is that all our designs of electrotechnical panels and operating systems are presented in a 3D layout. Should you design your installation yourself in 3D it can be simply integrated. Then every detail of the control cabinet is made visible, and adaptations or changes can already be introduced in the design phase.
The assembly of electrotechnical panels and control cabinets takes place by our own engineers in-house. The investments in process optimisation and advanced machinery such as our Kiesling machine ensure a high quality end result in a considerably short turnaround time. Our 1,200 m² workplace capacity and a 10-ton crane also enable us to complete projects (meters/cabinets) of considerable size.
Modular and custom-made
Van Meer builds custom-made systems according to an established assembly procedure, which suffices with regard to the IEC-61439 standard as well as the Belgian A.R.A.I.. Account is taken of existing systems and infrastructure with which new systems are coordinated. The freedom in choosing parts and components of different makes ensures standardisation and integration with the existing systems.
Supply of control cabinets and electrotechnical panels
Control cabinets and electrotechnical panels are built with care and dedication, with meticulousness, correctness and discipline as the most important traits of our employees. It is however of great importance that these systems are tested before departure to their final destination. In our workplace we have test facilities to test modules and panels live. The necessary FAT inspections are carried out together with the customer with use of a notified body: Lloyd’s, DNV-GL, AIB Vinçotte or another independent inspection authority fully approves the acceptance phase.
