Ex certified workshop

Van Meer's workshop is IECEx03 certified in accordance with the 60079-19 guideline. This means that our organization is accredited by an independent inspection body to overhaul, repair and deliver new electrical and mechanical rotating machines.

OEM spare parts for ATEX electric motors

To maintain the ATEX certification of ATEX electric motors or ATEX pumps, it is required to carry out revisions and repairs with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts. Van Meer has access to new original parts from different manufacturers, in order to restore the equipment to its original condition and to have it comply with the ATEX standard.

ATEX reporting

With every ATEX revision, the customer receives a detailed digital test report containing the electrical and mechanical operations that were performed on the machine. The equipment then receives an Ex type plate with the R label in a triangle or square. We also assign a unique project number to each machine, which is linked to our ERP program. In this way we build up a revision history and we have a track record of the machine which can be followed by the customer via our portal.
