QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Als Quality Control Inspector ben jij degene die scherp in de gaten houdt of onze producten voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteit. Je werkt met duidelijke procedures en checklijsten en grijpt in waar nodig. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail leveren we keer op keer topkwaliteit aan onze klanten.

Job Title

Together with your colleagues, you start the day with a short consultation in which the work is divided. If it is a large project that you are going to work on, you will do this together with a colleague. You work independently on smaller projects. As a Mechanical Mechanic you are responsible for the maintenance, (dis)assembly, installation and conversion of the rotating machines in our workshop.

You can think of electric motors such as AC/DC motors, drum motors and vibration motors, but also gearboxes, pumps and fans. One day you are dismantling an electric motor and the next you are reassembling a fan or pump. When you have finished your project, you make a report, possibly supported with photos, in which you indicate what you have done and what you have encountered. This report is sent to the customer so that they know what has been done with their product.

You mainly work from our workshop in Tholen, but in some situations you can also go along with the Field Service Mechanic to carry out work on location at the customer. In order to be able to carry out your work as a Mechanical Mechanic properly, we provide you with a well-filled tool bag and your own work cart, where you can store all your belongings.

You will also receive a smartphone from us, so that you have access to your own digital work environment (Outlook, Microsoft Teams and our digital time portal).

REQUIRMENTS

For the position of Mechanical Mechanic you are in possession of an MBO diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. If you have a different technical background or have knowledge and skills in the field of mechanical engineering through work experience, then this position is certainly interesting for you! Experience gained through work or internship in this field is highly valued.

You have a passion for technology and you work motivated and enthusiastically. As a Mechanical Mechanic you function well in a team, but you can also work independently on projects. Safety is of course your number one priority.

Furthermore, you are;

In possession of a VCA certificate, or are you willing to obtain it
In possession of a driving license B
Inquisitive and curious.
