OEM spare parts for ATEX electric motors
To retain ATEX certification for ATEX electric motors or ATEX pumps, overhauls and repairs must be carried out with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts. Van Meer has access to new original parts from different manufacturers (e.g. SIEMENS/LOHER, ABB, WEG, LEROY SOMER) to return the equipment to its original condition in compliance with the ATEX standard.
With each ATEX overhaul the customer receives a thorough digital test report with the mention of the electrical and mechanical processes that took place on the machine. The equipment is then given an Ex-type plate with the R-label in a triangle or square. We also give each machine a unique project number that is linked to our ERP program. In so doing we build up an overhaul history and have a track record of the machine that can be followed up by the customer using our portal.
