Available the whole year through

Our standby team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the event of incidents, failures or to provide the necessary support. You can use our general number outside office hours, weekends and on public holidays to contact service staff for a discussion about a problem or fault. The appropriate action will then be taken after an analysis of the situation in thorough consultation with the customer. This can involve a service technician or team being sent out on site to remedy the fault, or for example an urgent delivery of a rotating machine from the available stock.

Root cause analyse

When the incident, fault or problem has been rectified, Van Meer takes the time to draw up feedback or a failure report that is sent to the customer. This can then be discussed to on the one hand further identify the root cause, and on the other hand to provide advice to reduce any stoppages in the future to a minimum.
